DELIVERY & RETURNS
We try to offer a prompt, value-for-money service and this is reflected in our keen delivery pricing, and a returns policy that means you can buy with confidence. We offer a fixed-price delivery fee, or free delivery for UK orders over £100.
Orders are despatched on day of purchase and we aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 days from receipt of your order. However in some cases this may take up to 10 days (subject to stock availability).
In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date as we will always aim to have your item shipped at the earliest possible opportunity.
If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and let us know. There may be a small additional shipping fee, but we'll do our best to help you.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Jail Dornoch either by email or fax within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.
You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of date of invoice to Jail Dornoch mail order at the address provided below. You must then return the goods to Jail Dornoch at your expense, postage and packaging will not be refunded. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Jail Dornoch reserve the right not to accept their return. Jail Dornoch will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibilty of the customer to return items to Jail Dornoch and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
